The entrance opens into a bright open-plan dining area, leading to a master bedroom with a private ensuite. Nearby, a cosy snug with a bed settee offers a relaxed space to unwind, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a cooker, washing machine, and fridge/freezer.

Upstairs, the main living area provides a welcoming space to relax, complete with comfortable seating and cable TV. Large double doors open onto a striking full-length balcony, revealing sweeping views across Emita Nueva and filling the home with light.

The second master bedroom features a warm Moroccan-inspired design, a single and a double bed, with direct access to the balcony, creating a peaceful and atmospheric space to wake up and take in the scenery.
